Initial Diagnostic Psychiatric Evaluation Appointments
Duration: Up to 60 minute session
Services
Psychiatric and bio-behavioral services are provided to adults age 18 and above. We accept cash paying patients, Anthem Blue Cross & Cigna PPO Insurance in Los Altos office and self paying clients and Anthem Blue Cross insurance in San Ramon office. Out of network patients can be provided with superbills to be submitted to their insurance carriers.
Medication Management/Follow Up Appointments
Duration: 20-30 minutes
Individual Supportive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Weekly sessions of up to 45 minutes
When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is specifically reserved for you and you alone. If you miss an appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
